"Driving Japan’s Economic Growth from a Unique Position as a Venture Originating from a Megabank"

Our company was founded as an internal venture from the Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group and we are guided by the following management vision:

1. Transforming Legacy Practices and Culture

As part of a financial group often seen as a symbol of legacy, we believe it is highly meaningful for us to lead by example—transforming ourselves first and using that momentum to inspire change across Japanese businesses.
As our first step, we aim to revolutionize how companies approach contracts by advancing the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) domain.
By leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI, we’re not just streamlining contract processes—we’re turning them into strategic solutions that drive business performance and accelerate corporate growth.
Looking ahead, we are committed to expanding this transformation beyond the legal domain to reshape traditional practices across a wide range of industries.

2. Becoming a Role Model for Open Innovation

By combining the robust assets of a megabank group with open innovation in collaboration with top leaders across various fields, and by designing our business with a global perspective from the outset, we aim to achieve a level of innovation and growth that neither traditional ventures nor large enterprises could accomplish alone.
Through these efforts, we strive to become a role model for new business creation in Japan and contribute meaningfully to the country's economic development.

Harnessing our unique position, we are committed to making a distinct and lasting impact on the Japanese economy. We deeply appreciate your continued support and encouragement.
